Paulson Sun Shield Visor for Fibre-Metal Hardhats

The PAULSON A-S5-F Smoke/White Sun Shield Visor is designed to protect workers from the hazards of neck and nose cancer caused by exposure to sunlight during outdoor activities. PAULSON Sun Shields extend the coverage provided by a helmet's brim to shield the nose and neck from the sun's harmful rays. The visor's transparent front is a UV-protective sun glare filter that provides visibility and protection. This sun shield consists of three parts that can be securely attached to a helmet with clamps, ensuring a perfect fit with precise cutouts.

The A-S4-F Sun Visors are specifically made to fit Fibre-Metal Full Brim Style Hardhats. Other options include the A-S5-M for MSA V-Gard Cap Style Hardhats, A-S4-M for MSA V-Gard Full Brim Style Hardhats, A-S4-B for ERB Omega or Bullard Full Brim Style Hardhats, and A-S5-F for Fibre-Metal Cap Style Hardhats. Please note that hardhats are sold separately and sun shields are sold individually.

Key features of the sun shield include ABS material on the sides, polycarbonate (Lexan) material on the front, white sides, and a transparent neutral gray (smoke) front with a UV protective sun glare filter. The product conforms to standards such as DIN EN 166:2002, DIN EN 172, and ANSI Z87.1, meeting the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132 (a) for protecting employees from overexposure to solar radiation.
