The Klein Tools KONSTRUCT series Hard Hats are specifically engineered for the toughest work environments. Constructed from lightweight fiber-reinforced polymers, these hard hats can withstand radiant heat loads up to 350-Degree Fahrenheit (176-Degree Celsius). Featuring a classic design, these hard hats are built for comfort and fit, with a 6-Point suspension system, removable washable sweatband, and top pad included.

Meeting Class G and Type 1 standards, these hard hats are tested to meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 (Low Temp and High Temp rated) and CSA Z94.1-15. They offer up to 2kV of electrical protection and can withstand radiant heat up to 350-Degree Fahrenheit (176-Degree Celsius). The 6-Point suspension ensures enhanced stability and balance, while the machine washable breathable sweat-wicking sweatband and top pad provide advanced evaporative cooling technology.

With easy one-handed adjustment using a large knob ratchet mechanism, even while wearing gloves, and a soft neck pad that pivots to accommodate bandana knots and ponytails, these hard hats are designed for convenience. The unique suspension system features a flexible open frame design for optimal fit and improved air circulation. Optional replacement parts such as Sweatband (Cat. No. KHHSWTBND), Top Pad (Cat.
