Our journey began with Andy Spivey, an EMT looking for a way to occupy his free time. In June 2000, Andy, along with his father John Spivey, launched Fire & Safety Outfitters with just a 12-foot trailer and a dream. What sets our products apart is that we design all our bags in-house, drawing inspiration from the real-life experiences of our team members, many of whom are former EMTs and firefighters. We understand what works because we have been in the field.
